Welcome to Sycamore Keepsakes By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. About Your Orders

All products are handmade and personalised, which means each item is unique. Because of this, slight variations may occur. By placing an order, you accept that no two pieces will be exactly identical.

Please double-check your order details before submitting. Custom orders cannot be changed once production has started.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in GBP and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payment is accepted via Paypal and Stripe. Orders will only be processed once payment is received.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We carefully package each item for safe delivery. Shipping times vary depending on location and product type:

Keepsake Bears: up to 8 weeks from receipt of materials

Memorial Jewellery: 2-6 weeks from receipt of Inclusions

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Returns & Refunds

Because our products are custom-made and personal, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

If your item is damaged during delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and your order details. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

5. Materials & Safety

By sending your fabrics, clothing, or memorial materials, you confirm that you are legally entitled to provide them.

All jewellery and keepsake items are made with safe materials; however, they are not intended as toys for small children unless otherwise stated. Not suitable for any child under the age of 14 years

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, Images, and text on this website are the property of Sycamore Keepsakes and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

7. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information you provide will only be used for processing your order and communicating with you. We do not share your details with third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

While every care is taken in creating and shipping our products, Sycamore Keepsakes is not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses.
