Once you have placed your order, you will then need to send your inclusions to us. We ask you use recorded delivery to ensure your precious inclusions arrive to us safely Our turn around time is 2-6 weeks from the date we receive your inclusions. If we do experience any unexpected delays we will contact you directly to inform you.
